Refunds are not available when the service has already been fully rendered (for example, technician visit completed and repair carried out), or when the cancellation is due to events beyond our control (force majeure, sudden unavailability of spare parts, traffic/road closures not caused by our negligence, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
